		<description>I agree with you, and especially on the ethics part of it. I have freelanced while I had a job, but it was ALWAYS after work hours (late into the night) and becuse I needed the extra money to support the family.

But true freelancing needs all that you say: "....pushing yourself to earn more income, build a reputation or take on new projects".</description>
